A few things to know…

DON’T BRING YOUR DOGS:

(Notice in the photo above - this dog’s owner knew it was too hot for their pup and they carried them to keep their paws safe.)

HERE’S THE THING: We have received A LOT of comments and concerns from vendors and fellow festival-goers about the dogs over the last three years. The consensus is that the asphalt is TOO HOT. We can’t disagree with that.

With 2025 being free and open to the public, we cannot enforce this policy as much as we would like. That said, we will report a guest to animal services IF we see an animal suffering and their health and safety are being put at risk.

WE EMPLORE YOU TO THINK OF YOUR DOG - LEAVE THEM AT HOME.

If you choose to bring them, here’s what you need to know.

  • Be aware of the hot asphalt.

  • All dogs must be leashed at ALL times while at the event. There are no exceptions.

  • If there are any signs of aggression, barking, snapping, or blatter-control problems, your pup will be escorted off the premises.

NOTE: There are no exceptions to any of these policies. They exist for your dog’s safety and every person attending the event.

All ages AND all humans are welcome:

  • Festival Staff reserves the right to ask for your identification and confirm your age if you are attempting to purchase alcohol.

  • All children 12 and under MUST be accompanied by their legal guardian. No exceptions.

  • This is a fully inclusive event, and we will not tolerate name-calling, slurs, physical threats, or HATE of any kind. Ever.

If you see, hear, or witness ANY hate slinging around the event, please report it to our festival director immediately ——> Dani Guthrie

General Policies:

This event is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. All ages AND all humans are welcome.

  • Rule #1: DON’T DO STUPID SHIT.

  • No outside alcohol is permitted. Ever. We’re serving enough for everybody so don’t put the festival in jeopardy by bringing your own. We will boot you so damn fast.

  • Smoking is banned at this event, with no exceptions. If you are smoking cigarettes or joints, you will be escorted off the premises.

  • We will have non-alcoholic beverages for sale!

  • Parking will be challenging for everyone. If you can, park farther away and walk or bike over. Watch for signs for street parking and restrictions, public lots, or signs that say “no parking”. Be mindful and respectful of our SoLi community.
